Empty Bowl Project

Empty Bowls is a grassroots movement by artists and crafts people in cities and towns around the world to raise money for food related charities to care for and feed the hungry in their communities. 

Empty Bowls supports food-related charitable organizations around the world, and has raised millions of dollars to help end hunger.  

The USDA defines food insecurity as a lack of consistent access to enough food for every person in a household to live an active, healthy life. This can be a temporary situation for a family or can last a long time.  More people are affected than you might think.  We are here to help!  

All proceeds from the sale of an "empty bowl" will be donated to help feed the hungry in our local community.  The bowl is yours to keep as a reminder that you've supported this wonderful cause and even more important, you've helped to feed someone or a family in need.  

The minimum donation is $25 to receive a handmade bowl with the "Empty Bowl" official logo on the bottom.  Of course, you may donate more than the minimum should you desire.  Again, 100% of the proceeds raised from the sale of the empty bowls will be used to help feed the hungry.
